Aashna is seeking an experienced senior sales executive to drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into named large corporations (2000+ employees). Responsibilities include qualifying, selling and closing new business into large prospects and installed accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sell value and ROI into C-Level business decision makers, as well as sell into HR leaders.
2. Develop in depth knowledge of our entire product suite and effectively sell to clients through initial phone conversations, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations.
3. Align Successfactors and other related HR solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives.
4. Manage and drive multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively.
5. Qualify and forecast deals accurately.
6. Build & maintain strong client relationships to pave the way for additional future sales.
7. Manage and upsell existing clients.
8. Work effectively in collaboration with various SME Product Specialists to increase sales of our HRIS, recruiting, business social networking, and learning management applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 10-15 + years overall sales experience, including significant time as an outside representative.
2. 6 + years experience selling premise-based ERP/application software or SaaS solutions to C-Level business decision makers at large enterprise corporations.
3. Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling into HR a plus.

Web Developer/Designer
About the Role:
The Web Developer/Designer will implement the user interface for a suite of web-based applications for acquiring new customers and servicing them. These applications include integration with several other systems including a payment system, a CRM system, and a back office insurance management system.
The candidate should have a strong background in web site design and development. This background must include the ability to address HTML and scripting compatibility issues between different browsers. The candidate must be able to monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as necessary.
The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to communicate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for web-based applications and corporate web site.
2. Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements as necessary.
3. Perform maintenance and updates to existing web site.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Extremely proficient in Java Script and Jquery.
2. 2-3 years of website development and design experience.
